Here is my team for the music video/ component 3 project.

Before-project Reflection:

It took a while to decide on the team due to past issues, however I think that this team is really great. I have been close to my fellow team-mates for a while now so I think that we will work amazingly together. Since we are close to each other already, I think that we will be able to be more open to each other in discussions and give feedback without feeling bad. I also think that in general, our synergy is decent. I just hope that there won't be any conflict between us because of this project.

After-project Reflection:

We ended up having a lot of fun with the project, however, there were also a lot of disagreements during the project and filming process due to issues with time management and all. However, I still am glad that we managed to finish everything despite the issues; it ended up working out and most of the issues are already resolved now!
