This lyric sheet was made annotated by my team and I so that we could draft general ideas and connect scenes according to the lyrics of the song.
Self-reflection:
The lyrics sheet was definitely very helpful. At first, I almost underestimated how useful it would be to help visualize the potential scenes for each lyric of the song. My group and I had discussed together the best fit for each lyric, narrowing down all of our brainstorming ideas. We discussed the best way to convey our message so that the audience could understand the connotations of the scenes in relation to the lyrics. Making this lyrics sheet also will definitely help for when my groupmate, Rachelle, will make the storyboard as it basically is similar to a screenplay of sorts. We actually finished annotating the sheet faster than I would have thought and it was a fun and engaging task to complete. I think that next time, we could try to make our annotations a bit more detailed and clearer though so that we won’t be confused in the future. We could have added more details such as more camera angles, potential movements and edits. The reason why our annotations are so minimal is probably because we discussed too much verbally and couldn't write all our ideas down, I only hope that the storyboard will turn out alright just based on this. However, I think my teammate, Rachelle, knows what vibe to capture for the storyboard because I was discussing in detail with her about it in person.
