This is my final storyboard and reflection.
Reflection and Edits:
Making the final storyboard was actually super difficult to make. I had to redraw some parts of the draft and make changes since some parts didn't look quite right. It was also very confusing to make some of the arrows for the edits and transitions. It was confusing because sometimes I lose track of the shot numbers while annotating the frames. I also got burnt out which made it very challenging to continue drawing consistently. Even so, I think it was a great experience and I even think that my drawing skills have improved slightly. Next time, if I were to do a similar project again, I would work on my time management and perhaps lay out more solid plans for the final storyboard before starting.
I made some few changes to the draft storyboard. This included changing the hairstyle (of present day Kate) into something more similar to her younger self's hair. I also changed the frame of her glasses into rectangle shaped ones as those are more common amongst the older folks. For the scene in shot 14.1-14.4, I had originally planned to make Kate go golfing, however I wanted to represent women standing up against harassment in these shots instead and made the adjustments accordingly. Lastly, I changed the direction for some of the shots to show the Nike logo the right way. Before I made these adjustments, the Nike logos were the other way around. I think these changes definitely brought my advertisement together.
